Information I may collectThis may include your name, contact details, information you provide through the website contact form or by email, appointment information, and information relevant to the service you receive.
For counselling and some complementary therapies, this may include sensitive personal information relating to your health, wellbeing or personal circumstances.

How your information is storedI take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and to limit access to it. Counselling and therapy records are normally retained securely for a minimum of seven years after the therapeutic relationship or treatment ends, in accordance with insurance and professional requirements. Records relating to minors or vulnerable adults may need to be retained for longer. After the relevant retention period, records are securely destroyed.

Information may be shared where this is necessary to provide a service, meet a legal obligation, protect someone from serious harm, or where disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by law.
